    Shopping Was fine - Except the gentleman didn't bother to ask did I have a Big Lots card. I forgot about it as i proceeded to pay and then I remembered. I said wow I have a card- he said oh yeah too late now. I would have to call a manager, void the sale and re-ring. My point?? There was not 1 other person in the store. Where is Customer Service these days. One time ilost my receipt and having used my Big Lots card helped me exchange my item.
